A bouquet of citrus fruits whose star is the Pink Grapefruit harvested in the Piana di Sibari, a land with organoleptic properties unique in Italy. Completing this Citrus Blend are Bergamotto Fantastico, Cedro Liscio Diamante from the Riviera dei Cedri and our Lemon Blend.
Perfect for a Gin Tonic with friends, and we often pair it with our Soda Grapefruit.
Our Soda Grapefruit combines its slightly bitter, fresh citrus flavour with the effervescence of soda. It is appreciated for its thirst-quenching qualities and the splendid balance between the sweetness and bitterness of this grapefruit from the Piana di Sibari, unique in the world.

Challenge Tonic: Lemon
Challenge comes to life from the finest lemons grown on our farms: Martorano, Bisignano and Rocca Imperiale. We use both the Femminiello and Lunario varieties, processed strictly fresh. They have an intense, unique aroma due to the essential oils contained in the peel.
We would never have thought of creating a simply extraordinary gin. We often pair it with our Soda Lemon; Fizz and Collins will surprise you.
Our lemon soda, made with "Limoni IGP di Rocca Imperiale", is the perfect combination of the freshness and light acidity of this unique fruit. We chose to make a lighter, less sweet Soda Lemon than a traditional lemonade. Its fizz makes it even more refreshing, a true dive into summer.
We drink it neat, served with ice and a slice of lemon, ideal with our Ginnastic Challenge.

Elephant Tonic
Elephant London Dry is a premium craft gin with an alcohol content of 45% - capturing the essence of Africa.
The unique blend of 14 herbs and spices includes rare African ingredients and fresh apples that give the gin a distinctive flavour profile. For example, there are the citrus notes of baobab, the remarkable buchu plant, which on the palate is reminiscent of blackcurrant, and African wormwood, with its distinct floral aroma. However, the apples, which are used in large quantities, are what define the gin’s aromatic profile.
