The Champagne Pinot Noir de Channes Nature by Pierre Brigandat is born in the heart of the CĂ´te des Bar, an area ideally suited to the Pinot Noir grape, where it expresses unique character and finesse. This champagne stands out for its natural vinification, with no added dosage, which enhances the extraordinary purity of Pinot Noir. The colour is bright with golden reflections, while the nose releases aromas of ripe small red fruits, accompanied by delicate mineral and yeasty notes from ageing on the lees. On the palate, there is a balance between vibrant freshness and savoury structure, with a persistent, clean finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with raw seafood dishes, sushi or delicate starters, enhancing freshness and marine finesse. This champagne reflects the purity of the terroir and Pierre Brigandat's mastery in limiting intervention, for an authentic and refined experience.

Champagne Brut Premier is the typical expression of the style of this historic maison. A balanced and mature sip, where the different notes of minerality and structure imparted by the various soils on which the vines are grown seem to emerge. A nose rich in yellow fruit, Golden Delicious apple and tropical fruit. On the palate it is subtle, delicate and fresh. The acidity accompanies the long finish with remarkable persistence. This champagne is made from three different grapes (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay), whose vineyards are located in the Premier Cru of Chamery, Vrigny and Montagne Coulommes. Alcoholic fermentation lasts over 9 months and is carried out partly in stainless steel and partly in oak barrels. The wine then follows the usual winemaking rules according to the Champenoise method. Reserve wine is added, the fruit of old historic vintages from the Maison, and the wine is then left to rest on its lees in bottle for at least 48 months.
