Clos Saint-Fiacre “L’Excellence” Red 2023
Blend of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir from vines around 50 years old grown on clay-limestone soils. Ageing takes place in barrel, creating a complex and structured wine. In the glass it shows a bright ruby colour. On the nose, aromas of candied strawberries, red fruits and light spicy and vanilla notes emerge. On the palate it is broad, soft and silky, with ripe and elegant tannins and a balanced finish.

ageing 5-7 years
Vinification includes complete destemming, 48 hours of cold maceration, fermentation in stainless steel and ageing in 400-litre oak barrels without filtration or fining.
